Guide to LJMU services

This is a quick guide to some of the services and facilities you can access as an LJMU student.

Student zones/hubs

Nearly everything you need to support your studies (apart from specific academic advice) can be accessed through one of the Student Zones which are located in the Learning Resource Centres. Each LRC operates a Student Hub where you can access all Library and Computing Support.

There is also a transaction desk where you can:

• submit coursework
• pay fees and get advice on student money matters
• avail of computing support
• make an appointment with the Counselling team 
• find out about study skills support
• get support for a disability
• access careers information
• find out about how we can help with your help and wellbeing
• get access advice on general student matters
