Whether you are having issues with your academic study or with some other aspect of your life, we are always here to help.
If you find you have a problem connected with your course, speak to your tutor or lecturer in the first instance.
For most other queries or issues you have, you should be able to get advice and support in the Student Zones located within each library.

Complaints
If something happens that you wish to make a complaint about, there is a complaints procedure in operation. You may also wish to contact the Liverpool Students' Union for advice and support.
