Event Management Service
The Event Managers operate as a support service to LJMU Schools and Service Teams who wish to run conferences and short courses.
Those who have been involved in the organisation of conferences and events will know the level of detail required to ensure success. The team recognises that this attention to detail is not always possible when you have other constraints on your time. The service the team can provide means that a member of the academic staff or of a service team who wishes to stage an event can concentrate of the programme leaving the event professionals to focus on the detail of the event itself.
In addition, the team market their services to external companies on a commercial basis.
