LJMU graduate on prestigious list of rising entrepreneurs

LJMU graduate James Rowan of Webrevolve International Ltd has been selected for Insider North West magazine’s 2011 list of 42 entrepreneurs under the age of 42.
Insider has published its now famous '42 under 42' feature since 1992 and lists the current crop of rising entrepreneurs and executives whom they believe have got what it takes to reach the top.
James started developing his web design business while he was studying at LJMU and after graduation, he secured a place on LJMU’s Enterprise Fellowship Programme of 2009 and received intensive business advice and support from the Student Enterprise team. His business has gone from strength to strength and has secured major investment that has helped him take the business to the next level, to move into larger premises and to employ more staff. His achievement was recognised in LJMU’s 2010 Graduate Entrepreneur Awards when he came first in the category 'Start-Up of the Year'.
James will celebrate his inclusion on the '42 under 42' list at a dinner at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel in October.
