Liverpool John Moores University is a very popular place to study and the University receives more than 20,000 applications each year.
We advise you to submit your application as early as possible in the academic year prior to the one in which your chosen programme is due to start.
The application process differs depending on whether you apply for an undergraduate course or postgraduate course. Please make sure that you follow the correct procedure for your chosen course:

ATAS Certificate
If you are doing a Taught Masters, Masters by research, or PhD course course please click HERE to see if you require an ATAS certificate. The requirement to hold an ATAS certificate only applies to postgraduate students. It also only applies if you need a visa to study in the UK, or wish to extend your current leave to remain as a student.
If you need some help in applying or would like some advice you can also contact your local British Council office. They will be able to advise you on study options at LJMU and help you to complete your application.
You can also come and visit one of our representatives at the recruitment events and fairs in your country. You will be able to collect more information about our courses, speak to our representative about your qualifications and which course would be best for you, and find out first hand about life in Liverpool and LJMU.
