Outdoor Education
Outdoor Education at IM Marsh has maintained an international reputation as a quality provider of Outdoor Education programmes in higher education since the late 1960s. In 1998 the BSc (Hons) Outdoor & Environmental Education undergraduate programme for 100 students was validated to replace the existing QTS programme. In October 2001 the BSc (Hons) Outdoor & Environmental Education undergraduate programme was awarded 24/24 points in the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education's (QAA) Subject Review (Unit 25: Sport, Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism) - a result of which we are very proud. This makes it the highest quality rated UK outdoor education programme.
