To enable reviewers to identify and practise the skills required for conducting PDPRs in such a way that positive working relationships are developed and maintained.Aims:
To enable participants to:
- Identify the aims and objectives of the Personal Development and Performance Review Scheme
- Identify and practise the skills necessary for conducting an effective PDPR
- Reflect upon the different stages in a review
- Consider the preparation required before the individual review
